Miss Ohio Scholarship Program – Official Photography & Video Policy

To ensure a professional and respectful experience for all participants and guests, the following media policy is in effect for all Miss Ohio Scholarship Program events:

📸 No professional cameras (including DSLRs, mirrorless systems, or any camera with detachable lenses) are permitted inside the venue without approved media credentials.   Media Passes are issued exclusively to verified news outlets and must be arranged in advance.

🎥 Video cameras and live streaming of the event are strictly prohibited.  This includes the use of cell phones, tablets, or any device for the purpose of recording or broadcasting any portion of the production.

🎶 Due to music licensing and performance rights agreements, no part of the show may be recorded or distributed publicly in video format. This protects the integrity of our event and ensures compliance with copyright regulations.

📷 Sylvart Studios is the official photographer of the Miss Ohio Program.  Photos will be available for viewing and purchase within 24 hours of the event at MissOhio.sylvart.com.

🚫 Unauthorized photography or videography, including capturing and sharing images or footage online (whether free or for sale), is not permitted. Violators may be asked to leave and may forfeit future credential eligibility.

🎟️ All professional cameras and camera bags will be tagged and held at the Ticket Office until after the production concludes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

📰 Verified news outlets wishing to receive official crowning photos for immediate publication must contact Sylvart Studios in advance at sylvart@sylvart.com.
